Along Highway 61, just about half-way between Cleveland and Vicksburg, lies Rolling Fork, birthplace of the father of the Blues, Muddy Waters. In its ninth year, Rolling Fork's Deep Delta Festival celebrates the rich history of the South Delta, from its roots in the Blues to the event that led to the invention of the Teddy bear. Downtown Rolling Fork will be alive with the sounds of music and laughter on Saturday, May 5 as the Deep Delta Festival continues this tradition with great entertainment, food, games and shopping.
